Peel N' Move Co. ("Peel N' Move," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information when you visit peelnmove.co (the "Site"), request a moving quote, or otherwise interact with us online. It also describes the rights available to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA).

This policy applies only to information collected through the Site. It does not apply to information we collect offline — for example, during a phone consultation, in-home or virtual survey, or in a signed moving agreement — which is used solely to provide your move.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal information when you use the Site:

• Identifiers — your name, phone number, and email address when you submit a quote request.
• Commercial information — the moving service(s) you're interested in (e.g., local move, long-distance move, packing, specialty items).
• Internet or other electronic network activity — pages you visit, how you arrived at the Site, and general usage data, collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 4).
• Inferences — a general geographic area (such as city or region) inferred from your IP address.

We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, precise geolocation, biometric information, or other sensitive personal information through the Site, and the Site does not process online payments.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Respond to quote requests and communicate with you about your move
• Schedule and coordinate moving services
• Operate, maintain, and improve the Site
• Understand how visitors use the Site through analytics
• Detect and prevent spam, fraud, and abuse
• Comply with legal obligations

3. How We Disclose Information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the CCPA.

We disclose personal information only to service providers who help us operate the Site and respond to quote requests, including:

• Google LLC, which provides Google Analytics (see Section 4)
• Email and hosting providers who deliver quote requests to our team

These providers are contractually restricted from using your information for any purpose other than providing services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer such as a sale or merger.

4. Cookies & Analytics

The Site uses Google Analytics (GA4), which uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information about how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics may set cookies on your device. You can learn more about Google's practices at policies.google.com/privacy and opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking cookies may affect how the Site functions.

5. How Long We Keep Information

We retain quote request information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, provide services, and comply with our legal, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified.

6. Your California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we have collected, used, and disclosed, and the purposes for doing so
• Delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions
• Correct inaccurate personal information
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not currently sell or share personal information)
• Limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not collect sensitive personal information)
• Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights

To exercise these rights, contact us using the information in Section 9. We will verify your request using the information you provided to us, such as your name, phone number, or email address. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf; we may require proof of the agent's authority and verification of your identity.

We will respond to verifiable requests within 45 days. If we need more time, we will notify you and may take up to an additional 45 days.

7. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no common industry standard for how businesses should respond, the Site does not currently respond to these signals.

8. Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for general audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
